Dayspring Junior School was started in January 1991 on a Christian base with only 7 pupils and 3 members of staff.
Dayspring was later acquired by PCEA Kariobangi South church on the 1st of May 2011.
From that humble beginning, Dayspring Junior School has grown from 7 pupils to over 530 pupils. The school pupils are guided by a strong staff of 26 teachers and 13 support staff. The school is situated within civil servant estate –along Mutarakwa road. We cherish many years of children upbringing that is guided by good morals and Christian existence. The school comprises of 21 classes from Nursery school to class eight.
Dayspring Junior School, since its inception has adopted the Kenya National Education curriculum of 8.4.4 system. The school has become a darling of many in the Eastlands area of Nairobi because of its sterling performance in National Examinations. The school has also integrated the teaching of Computer and French classes in its curriculum activities. It has become among in the category to implement the technology-based curriculum from class 1-8.
