Superior Homes Kenya

Superior Homes (Kenya) PLC is a real estate development company that was registered in 2004. It pioneered the Gated Community concept in Kenya by developing the open-plan Greenpark Estate at Stoney Athi which upon completion will comprise of more than 700 housing units, schools, green zones, sports and recreational facilities as well as a shopping complex.

Construction at Greenpark Estate commenced in 2007 and the first houses were occupied in 2008. To-date, Superior Homes has constructed over 500 houses with over 450 occupied, the schools are operational, a convenient shop and the Sundowner clubhouse.

January 2017 witnessed the signing of a partnership between Cytonn Investment and Superior Homes Kenya Limited where Cytonn acquired a 25% stake in Superior Homes. This partnership and the investment, will work to grow Superior Homes deal pipeline, continue delivering aspirational neighbourhoods to all our home owners and make our contribution to growing the Kenyan economy

Currently Superior Homes is constructing a four-star luxury hotel at Lake Elementaita.
